LOCATION

Solera at Oak Valley Greens is a Del Webb community, with 1290 homes in Beaumont, CA. This active adult community is located between the San Gorgonia and San Jacinto Mountains, north of the I-10 freeway. Beaumont is only 30 minutes from Palm Springs and very close to golf courses, an outlet mall and the Morongo Casino.
 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Solera is an age-restricted community. Residency by persons under 55 is generally prohibited. There are a few exceptions and a complete explanation is available to residents, potential purchasers and lessees upon request from Solera’s administrative office. Temporary residence by anyone who does not qualify under the age-restriction requirements is permitted for a maximum of 60 days (consecutive or non-consecutive).

AMENITIES AND ACTIVITIES AT SOLERA

Residents enjoy the benefits of living in a 24-hour guard gated community and the many activities at the clubhouse. There’s a state of the art gym with a walking track, a heated saltwater pool, tennis and bocce ball. Solera’s HOA supports many activities, clubs and groups. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Solera residents pay an HOA fee each month. The fee provides for all the amenities mentioned previously, 24-hour security, on-site management and basic cable TV. The HOA is also involved in planning some amazing community events and excursions.
