About Me: I have lived and worked in the Solera community since 2005 and have been involved with the sale of over 250 Solera homes during this period. I am one of the contributing editors for the Solera Oak Valley Greens Gazette, writing articles about real estate.
Ben Singleton is my broker, my partner and my son! Ben has been in the real estate profession for more than 20 years. Not only is he a Broker, he is also a General Certified Appraiser. Ben lives in Beaumont and his primary focus is Solera.

We also hire a professional real estate photographer and a transaction coordinator. We advertise with Google Ads, focusing on Solera. We help with staging homes prior to selling. At the end of every transaction we send our clients a CD with every document they signed.
